Why this page exists. A promise of exclusivity from someone you have never met is worth very little. So the roster is public: if a county says Open and you are told otherwise, or it says Claimed and a second agency in that county is receiving the same feed, you can see it here and hold me to it. Counties below the volume floor are not sold exclusively at all — there is not enough filing activity to make that fair.
